Our Salon Policies

  • Please arrive on time! If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • We require 24-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. For Keratin treatments, due to the length of this service, a credit card will be held on file and a cancellation/no-show fee for this service will be applied. We understand that sometimes things happen, but one quick call is all it takes!
  • LM Salon does not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with our service, you are required to notify us within seven days from your appointment. Then, a one-week window is offered for adjustments.
  • Cash, check and all credit cards are accepted. Gratuities are very much appreciated but may not be added to credit card charges. Gratuities must be cash or checks only. We have an ATM right outside.
  • For the enjoyment of all our clients, we ask that you put your cell phone on vibrate/silent while you are in our salon.
